please try to let him/her go inside spontaneously by putting his/her favourite snack into the bath ball.

*In the case your chinchilla gets on top, but doesn't go through the fluffy ring・・・
1:Remove the fluffy ring
2:Put a snack into the bath ball to let him/her go inside spontaneously.
3.Attach the fluffy ring the moment the chinchilla goes inside,
Once he/she can jump out, he/she would get used to the ring and go in and out.
